CANCELLATION POLICY:
PROMO AND LOW FARES:
GENERALLY SPEAKING, PROMO AND LOW FARES TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ,
NON TRANSFERRABLE AND NON REBOOKABLE.
In the event of cancellation, the non
refundable, non transferrable and non re-bookable is implemented. This
is clearly displayed within the email confirmations and communication with the
customers.
In the case of hotel payments, the 72 hours
notice before the date of the event is implemented, otherwise payment is not refundable.

INTERNATIONAL TICKETS:
Refunds have certain time frame.
In the case of international tickets declared
as refundable by airlines, follow up
after six (6) months up to one (1) year.
A cancellation penalty and no show fees
and other fees are deducted from the proceeds of the refunds. The computation
of the airline for cancellation penalty and no show fee will be followed.
Partially unused tickets usually declared by
airlines as non refundable, non transferrable and non re-bookable.
Other airlines even it is an unused ticket the
value is stored to travel fund only and non transferrable. Once the customer travels again within the
time frame given by the airlines, the travel fund is deducted from the new purchased
ticket. This is clearly displayed through email confirmations and communication
with the customers.
UNUSED
DOMESTIC TICKETS:
In case of Domestic tickets declared by airlines
as refundable, follow up after one (1)
month. The computation of the airlines on cancellation and no show fee will be
followed.
DUE TO EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES:
In the event the cancellation is due to
extenuating circumstances: be due to
illness or death of customer,
or travel companion, tickets may
be refunded if declared by airlines as refundable ticket . In this case the
customer will provide documents as proof to satisfy requirements of the
airlines either international or domestic tickets but is always subject for
approval.
In the case of hotel accommodation, if
declared by Hotels as refundable, customers will submit documents if
the reasons is due to extenuating
circumstances as illness, death of the
customer or travel companion but subject
for penalties and approval.

Cancellation
of booking is not possible online. If you wish to make cancellation on

destinations, you are solely responsible for complying with the laws,
regulations, orders, demands and travel requirements of your intended foreign
destinations prior to your travel date. Passports must be valid at least
6 months from the time of travel.

5. Check-in
For check-in purposes, a
valid PHOTO ID
issued by the government or known corporations is required to enter the
terminal for travel within the Philippines and valid passport & ticket for
International flights.
The passenger(s) is required to arrive at
Carrier's check-in location sufficiently in advance of the indicated flight
departure time to permit completion of any government formalities and departure
procedures and in any event not later than 45 minutes before the approximate
departure time. If the passenger(s) fails to arrive on time at Carrier's
check-in counter or boarding gate (even if the passenger(s) has already
checked-in for the flight), Carrier may cancel the space reserved for the
passenger(s). Carrier is not liable to the passenger(s) for loss or expense due
to the passenger's failure to comply with these provisions.

Travel Waiver: By
replying for issuance/ticketing to any quotation of this email, I
hereby verify that I have reviewed my travel itinerary for accuracy and I have
been advised of all applicable fees imposed by Aerostar Travel and Tours and
its suppliers. I understand that discounted fares and vacation packages
typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel
arrangements may result to forfeiture or payment of additional money. I
understand that rebooking/ rerouting and reissuing my current booking will be
under the airline, hotel and operator's restriction and that the additional
fee/amount may change without prior notice upon cancelling the old booking that
may result to additional fee for such service. I acknowledge that the
Travel Agency (Aerostar Travel and Tours, Inc.) is acting as a mere agent for
suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or
bookings for services that are not directly supplied by the Travel Agency (such
as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises,
van rentals, eurails, etc.). The Travel Agency, therefore, shall not be
responsible for breach of contract of any intentional or careless actions or
omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay,
or injury to any traveler. The Travel Agency shall not be responsible for any
injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with
terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction
failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climactic conditions, criminal
acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions,
or conditions outside the travel agent's control. By embarking upon his/her
travel, the traveler(s) voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel
whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risks and is
advised to obtain appropriate private insurance coverage against them. Your
retention of tickets’, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall
constitute to the consent above, and an agreement on your part to convey the

FORCE MAJEURE
In case of acts of God, fortuitous events, or any condition beyond our control, Aerostar Travel and Tours or our tour partners/suppliers shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver services, nor be obligated to provide additional services. Delays and/or cancellations of flights and/or boat transfers resulting from or related to weather disturbances or as mandated by Government authorities are beyond the control of Aerostar Travel and Tours. Aerostar Travel and Tours or our tour partners/suppliers will not be responsible for unused tour services/package or delayed/missed flights and no refund will be given on account of these events.
