REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

PROMO AND LOW FARES:

GENERALLY SPEAKING, PROMO  AND LOW FARES TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE , NON TRANSFERRABLE AND NON REBOOKABLE.
 
In the event of cancellation, the non refundable, non transferrable and non re-bookable is implemented.   This is clearly displayed within the email confirmations and communication with the customers.

In the case of hotel payments, the 72 hours notice before the date of the event is implemented,   otherwise  payment  is  not  refundable.

REGULAR FARES:

UNUSED TICKET INTERNATIONAL TICKETS:

 Refunds have certain time frame.

In the case of international tickets declared as refundable by airlines, follow  up after six (6) months  up to one (1) year.  A cancellation penalty and no show fees and other fees are deducted from the proceeds of the refunds. The computation of the airline for cancellation penalty and no show fee will be followed.

Partially unused tickets usually declared by airlines as non refundable, non transferrable and non re-bookable.

Other airlines even it is an unused ticket the value is stored to travel fund only and non transferrable.  Once the customer travels again within the time frame given by the airlines, the travel fund is deducted from the new purchased ticket. This is clearly displayed through email confirmations and communication with the customers.


UNUSED DOMESTIC TICKETS:

In case of Domestic tickets declared by airlines as refundable, follow up after one  (1) month. The computation of the airlines on cancellation and no show fee will be followed. 



 DUE TO EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES:

In the event the cancellation is due to extenuating circumstances:  be due to illness  or death of  customer,  or travel companion, tickets  may be refunded if declared by airlines as refundable ticket . In this case the customer will provide documents as proof to satisfy requirements of the airlines either international or domestic tickets but is always subject for approval.

In the case of hotel accommodation, if declared by Hotels as refundable, customers will submit documents  if   the reasons is  due to extenuating circumstances  as illness, death of the customer  or travel companion but subject for penalties and approval. 

Other Concerns:

Cancellation of booking is not possible online. If you wish to make cancellation on your booking, visit any Aerostar Travel and Tours Inc offices or call at 6830959, 9100339.  Penalties may apply depending on the conditions attached to the fare.

If you need to change your booking, please visit any Aerostar Travel and Tours Inc offices or call at 6830959, 9100339 or send email to inquire@aerostartravelandtours.com.  Re-booking and Re-issue penalty may apply depending on the conditions attached to the fare. Note: Some fares are non rebookable. 

Flight Schedule Changes

Information on schedule changes (if any) after
your booking is made will be communicated to you via e-mail or Phone number given. 


DELIVERY POLICY:


E-Tickets, Hotel Vouchers and Receipts  may be delivered within Metro Manila at the request of the  Company’s regular  or corporate customer/client for signature.

BUT   USUALLY,    EMAIL COPIES  ARE  FORWARDED  AHEAD  OF  DELIVERY SERVICES.

Terms and Conditions

 1.
   Philippine Travel Tax Application or Exemption
      Presidential Decree
No. 1183, as amended, provides that a travel tax shall be levied on (a) all
citizens of the Philippines; (b) permanent resident aliens; and (c)
non-immigrant aliens who have stayed in the Philippines for more than one (1)
year, who are leaving the country. 

If you are exempted from paying the Philippine
Travel Tax or entitled to a reduced travel tax, please secure applicable
certificates such as follows, from Philippine Tourism Authority (PTA), Department
of Tourism (DOT) before you book.


*Tax Exemption Certificate (TEC) if you are exempted from paying
the Philippine Travel Tax


*Reduced Travel Tax Certificate (RTTC) if you are qualified for
a reduced Philippine Travel Tax and


*Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) if you are an Overseas
Filipino Worker (OFW) 


It is required to present your valid passport
together with any of the aforementioned valid original Philippine Tourism
Authority (PTA) Certificates when claiming your ticket(s) purchased from us. 


2.   Travel Documentation Requirements

If you intend to travel to international
destinations, you are solely responsible for complying with the laws,
regulations, orders, demands and travel requirements of your intended foreign
destinations prior to your travel date.  Passports must be valid at least
6 months from the time of travel.  
If you intend to travel to domestic destinations, passengers are required to present a valid identification upon check-in.

3.   Ticketing Deadlines

The booking must be paid before the ticketing deadline indicated on the confirmation page/email. Unpaid reservations shall be cancelled automatically by the system

4.      General Conditions of Carriage

By completing a
booking through Aerostar Travel and Tours, you agree to be bound by the same Conditions of Contract and Notices and General Conditions of Carriage between Airlines and its passengers, as if the booking has been made through other conventional channels. 5.    Check-in
For check-in purposes, a valid PHOTO ID
issued by the government or known corporations is required to enter the
terminal for travel within the Philippines and valid passport & ticket for
International flights.

The passenger(s) is required to arrive at
Carrier's check-in location sufficiently in advance of the indicated flight
departure time to permit completion of any government formalities and departure
procedures and in any event not later than 45 minutes before the approximate
departure time. If the passenger(s) fails to arrive on time at Carrier's
check-in counter or boarding gate (even if the passenger(s) has already
checked-in for the flight), Carrier may cancel the space reserved for the
passenger(s). Carrier is not liable to the passenger(s) for loss or expense due
to the passenger's failure to comply with these provisions.

Acknowledgement

All fares are quoted
in USD but billing will be sent via e-mail in PHP for Travel within the
Philippines and USD for International flights.
Read through the fare
rules and conditions. Your agreement to such rules and penalties is required
before you can continue with your booking process.


I have CLICKED, READ and AGREED to Terms &
Conditions, Conditions of Carriage and Fare Conditions relating to the selected
airfare(s).

Further, I agree that for verification purposes, Airlines reserve the right to require presentation of the credit/debit card used for this transaction upon check-in. If I am not part
of the travelling party, I will provide my passenger(s) a clear photocopy of
the front of my credit/debit card for presentation along with a clear photocopy
of my valid photo ID.


I also agree that Airline may deny me and/or any passenger(s) boarding in case
of failure to comply with the foregoing requirement and I will hold Aerostar Travel and Tours
Travel & Tours free and harmless from all and any liability in this regard.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

Aerostar Travel and Tours Travel & Tours reserves the right to change this Agreement at any
time by revising the terms and conditions herein. User is responsible for
regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Continued use of this website
following any such changes shall constitute the User's acceptance of such
changes.

Travel Waiver: By replying for issuance/ticketing to any quotation of this email, I hereby verify that I have reviewed my travel itinerary for accuracy and I have been advised of all applicable fees imposed by Aerostar Travel and Tours and its suppliers. I understand that discounted fares and vacation packages typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result to forfeiture or payment of additional money. I understand that rebooking/ rerouting and reissuing my current booking will be under the airline, hotel and operator's restriction and that the additional fee/amount may change without prior notice upon cancelling the old booking that may result to additional fee for such service. I acknowledge that the Travel Agency (Aerostar Travel and Tours, Inc.) is acting as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by the Travel Agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, van rentals, eurails, etc.). The Travel Agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract of any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to any traveler. The Travel Agency shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climactic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent's control. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler(s) voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risks and is advised to obtain appropriate private insurance coverage against them. Your retention of tickets’, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute to the consent above, and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereto to your travel companions or group
